But feeling slighted at coming third in the jubilee's pecking order, Kalonzo switched loyalties to Raila to become the cord presidential running mate. However, the Uhuru-Ruto coalition won the election consigning Kalonzo to the unfamiliar life of being out of government and parliament. Was it a costly miscalculation? Does he regret the move?
