Newsmakers 2010: Martha Karua

At 53 Martha Wangari Karua, is a brilliant lawyer and a key political player in the transformation of Kenya into a new constitutional dispensation. The Gichugu Member of Parliament aspires to   succeed incumbent   President, Mwai Kibaki as the country's chief executive, in 2012. Our reporter Michael Njenga spent some time with her and brings us the story of Martha the mother of two, on the continuing edition of the newsmakers series.
