Polishing and removing rust from
Polishing and removing rust from some old bolts and brake parts using white vinegar and baking soda. After removing rust, I polish them up with a media tumbler and ultrasonic cleaner/degrease. Pretty impressive how the 5% acidity can eat away rust and corrosion. Keep in mind it also removes galvanized coatings...if that is important to you. Needed if metal you have is being welded, galvanize is bad.
