Aam ki Launji is popular Indian recipe prepared in summers (mango season) in India. Khatti Meethi Keri Ki Lonji recipe is very unique tasty and easy to make. Sweet and sour taste of Raw Mango is very much liked by everyone.
aam ki launj/launji/lonji can be stored for 2 months in the refrigerator and can be served with daily food. Aam ki launi is also called as aam ki sabzi or aam ka meetha achar.
Ingredients.
1 - Kaccha aam - 500 gram
2 - Gud/jaggary - 200 gram
3 - oil - 2 tbsp
4 - Methi seeds - 1 tbsp
5 - Black salt - 1/2 tbsp
6 - kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
7 - garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
8 - roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
9 - sauf/sanauf - 1 tbsp
10 - Kalonji seeds - 1 tbsp
11 - dry red chilli - 2 pieces
12 - white salt - 1/2 tbsp
