* meat (pork) - 2.5 kg
* onion-800 gr
* rock salt - 3 tsp. with a slide
* ground black pepper - 1 tsp. without a slide
* ground sweet paprika-1 tsp. without a slide
* dried basil-1 tsp
. * drinking water-100-150 ml
* sunflower oil-70 ml
* beer (dry wine or mineral water) - optional (water the meat when frying)

⏰ Cooking time:
- marinate for at least 1 day,
- fry for about 30 minutes
