Ingredients:

* flour - 200 g
* drinking water - 400 ml
* sugar - 3 tbsp. l
. * salt - 0.5 tsp. l
. * sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. l. (3 tbsp.l in the dough + 1 tbsp.l. grease the pan)

Fishnet PANCAKES on MINERAL WATER recipe 2
Ingredients:

* highly carbonated mineral water - 1 liter
* flour - 370 g
* soda - 0.5 tsp .
* sugar - 3 tbsp. l
. * salt - 0.5 tsp
. * sunflower oil - 50 ml for dough + 15-20 ml to lubricate the pan

Output: 25-26 pancakes are obtained in a frying pan Ø24 cm
⏰ Baking time of one pancake: 1-2 minutes on each side

Delicious PANCAKES with MILK recipe 3
Ingredients:

* milk - 0.5 liters
* flour - 250 g (350 ml glass)
* water - 50 ml
* egg - 1 pc.
* sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
* salt - 1 pinch
* sunflower oil - 40 or 50 ml
* butter - about 50 g to grease the pancakes

Custard PANCAKES on KEFIR recipe 4
Ingredients:

* flour - 300 g
* kefir 2.5% (room temperature) - 500 g
* eggs (room temperature) - 3 pieces
* sugar - 50 g (2 tablespoons with a slide)
* salt - 3 g (0.5 tsp)
* soda - 4 g (0.5 tsp)
* vanilla sugar - 10 g (1 sachet)
* sunflower oil - 30 g (4 tbsp. l.)
* water (boiling water) - 250-300 ml
* butter - 70-80 g - grease the finished pancakes

Output: 25-26 pancakes come out in a frying pan Ø24 cm.
The baking time of one pancake is 1-2 minutes on each side.

⭐️Delicate PANCAKES on WHEY recipe 5
Ingredients:

* serum - 1 liter
* eggs - 3 pieces
* flour - 2 tbsp (380 g)
* sugar - 3 tbsp. l. (60 g)
* salt - 0.5 tsp. (3 g)
* soda - 1 tsp. (5 g)
* sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. l. (45 ml)
* butter - for greasing pancakes

Output: with a pan diameter of 24 cm, about 30 pancakes with a total weight of about 1 kg
Cooking time: dough infusion for 30 minutes, baking 1 pancake for 1-2 minutes on each side over high heat
