Ingredients

5 sliced  Bacons
1  Onion, chopped
3  Cloves Garlic, minced
2lbs  Ground beef
1tsp  Sea salt
3/4tsp  Black pepper
1tsp  Garlic powder
1tsp  Cayenne pepper,  optional
1/2 cup  Sweet Relish
2 cups  Extra sharp cheddar cheese, divided
25  Eggroll wrappers
1  egg yolk
Oil to deep fry
Dipping sauce of choice
