Welcome to my channel. Today, im going to show you how I make the best ever spicy taco pasta, and the best part is that everything is cooked in just one pot. This dish is flavorful and gooey cheesy delicious. It's definitely a comfort food for those happy days 😁.
If you don't like spicy, just omit the cayenne and Jalapeños or you can add more if you're a fan of heat.

1lb Ground Beef
1 onion, chopped
2tbsp Taco seasoning the only TACO SEASONING you need
2tbsp Tomato paste
10oz Diced Tomato green chile
3 cups Chicken broth
1 cup Whole milk
2tsp Cayenne pepper
1tsp Garlic powder
1/2tsp Black pepper
10oz Elbow pasta
1/3 cup Sour Cream
1/3 cup Pickle Jalapeños, chopped
7oz Velveeta cheese
8oz Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4oz Colby jack cheese, shredded
