This is a 10-minute active warm-up to get your blood flowing, your body moving, and a boost of energy! This routine, taught by FightCamp Trainer Aaron Swenson, is perfect before a boxing or kickboxing workout, or if you need to get moving after sitting in front of a computer all day. These ten exercises require no equipment and can be done wherever you are. Do this routine anytime you need some energy. KEEP MOVING!
