Mini Bread Puddings

For the custard/pudding mixture
I loaf of a bit dry brioche Bread cubed into 1/2 inch cubes or any dense bread
2 cups of milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of cinnamon

For the topping
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of white sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of cold butter
1 tablespoon of flour

Add all the ingredients for the custard to a large bowl and last add the bread. Let sit while you spray the muffin tins. Mix only slightly. Fill high with the mixture. Mix up the topping shown above and sprinkle over the top and bake in a 350℉ oven for a half hour or until set and golden.
