Open the Snipping Tool by
Open the Snipping Tool by searching for it in the Start menu or using the keyboard shortcut Windows logo key + Shift + S
Select the Record button in the top toolbar, then click New
Click and drag to create a rectangle around the area of your screen you want to record
Click Start to begin a 3-second countdown
When you're done recording, click Stop
Click Save to save the video as an MP4
