Other ways to use the snipping tool on Windows Computer

1. Open the Snipping Tool:
   - Search for "Snipping Tool" in the Start menu.
   - Click on the app to open it.
2. Select the screenshot type:
   - Full Screen: Captures the entire screen.
   - Window: Captures a specific window.
   - Rectangular Snip: Captures a selected rectangular area.
3. Capture the screenshot:
   - Click "New" to start the screenshot process.
   - If selecting a window or rectangular snip, click and drag the crosshair to select the area.
   - Release the mouse button to capture the screenshot.
4. Edit and save the screenshot (optional):
