~Yeolmu Baekmul Kimchi Recipe~

1. Clean the radish, wash it under running water, cut it into 4~5cm lengths, and pickle it in salt water.

2. Grind the flour and potatoes in boiling water. Stir well. Add the paste to cool.

3. Add cheongyang pepper, garlic, ginger, radish, pear and kelp water to the mixer and grind.

4. Put dried pickled radish in a kimchi container, and season with the soup and salt of the ground ingredients.

5. Cut chives into 4cm long, and red pepper diagonally, mix well.

6. Put the salty ingredients in a  clothes and cover over the kimchi.

7. Store in a cool place within 10 hours and refrigerate.
