Hello all
Today we make a simple quick tinned fish recipe and then made bunny chows with it.
Our Durban Style fish curry is usually hot and sour, using imlee to provide the sourness so we used a this as the basis to make our hot and sour tinned fish curry and then enjoyed it in bunny chows!

Ingredients
1 can tinned pilchards (hot chillie)
1 med onion, grated
1/4 cup oil
2 med tomatoes, grated
1 tsp pure chillie powder
1 tsp jeera (cumin) powder
1 tsp dhania (coriander) powder
1 tsp garam malasa
1 tsp hurdee powder
1 tsp fine salt - adjust to taste
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp whole jeera
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 green chillies - adjust to taste
a tbs black imlee (tamarind)
1 handful of spring onions
dhania
mint
curry leaves

Served with fresh white bread and carrot salad!
