Tin Fish Chutney With Boiled Eggs | Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
Ingredients:

Middle Cut Tin Fish
( If you are using the sauce from the can, pick out all the bits & the bones before adding to the chutney )

Oil
1 Sliced Onion
Curry leaves
Green Chillies
Star-Anise
1 heaped tsp of Crushed ginger and garlic

Ground Spices:
Less than 0.5tsp of Roasted Coriander / Dhania powder
Less than 0.5tsp of Cumin / Jeera powder
1tbs of Masala Nagiah’s Everyday Masala
0.75tbs of Chilli powder hot or mild
0.5tsp of Turmeric

4 - 5 grated or liquidised
Salt to Taste
1tsp of Sugar
5 Boiled eggs
Garnish with Cilantro / Coriander / Dhania
