This week, unusually (lol), my husband wanted to make some reserve dishes, so he made 10 western style reserve dishes.
The ingredients we used were bought at the market or made with only stock ingredients we have at home. Usually I, my wife, make the reserve greens once a week, and the rotation is that my husband prepares dinner every day using them in a simple way. Today my husband made it so I had an easy time this week. LOL!
My biggest complaint about living in Taiwan is the lack of access to water. Especially in the kitchen, where we have only two low-power electric stoves, small V pots and vermicula pans have become indispensable cooking goods for our family in Taiwan.
In addition, having a good selection of seasonings is also a prerequisite for making satisfying dishes at home.
Once you have this down, cooking for yourself at home will be easy and enjoyable, and you will be able to produce satisfying tastes.
