How To: Brown to Blonde Hair - GnCBishop

What I used:

Salon Care Blue Flash Powder Lightener - 1:2 ratio of powder bleach to developer
Salon Care 30 Volume Creme Developer - I used for every process
*left on for 60 min. NOT 90 like I said in my video... whoops*
Wella Color Charm Toner in T11 & T18 - Mixed 1/2 tbs of each with 2 tbs of developer
*Didn't seem to take so I waited about 2 days and toned again*
*left on for about 5 min. each time*

What I am doing now:

COCONUT OIL in my hair every weekend and changed out my conditioner to a deep conditioner. I am using up my Clear Scalp Deep Conditioner right now.
