They say you should have fish once a week, but a lot of my friends think that fish is always a hazzle to work with because of their thin and sometimes translucent bones. However, there are some kinds of fish that can easily be boned so you don't have to be afraid about choking on them while you're eating. This week's dish uses one of those kind of filets. And if it's the "fishy flavour" that scares you from having fish, definately have a look at this dish. The lemongrass neutralises and turns the strong fish flavour into a mild and fragrant one.
