BEST Vietnamese Fish Sauce Recipe! (Nuoc Mam Ot)

Hi everyone! I'm excited to share with you my Mom's special recipe on sweet fish sauce! This can be used as a dipping sauce or a dressing. Not all fish sauces are created equal! There are different versions of Vietnamese fish sauce that pair well with different kinds of dishes.

*NOTE: My Mom rarely has her ingredients perfectly measured out when she is making this. You can easily taste and adjust the flavor of your fish sauce. She quantified each ingredient to make it easier for you :)
