Today I go in search of the Perfect Pattaya Budget Hotel.  I use 4 criteria to level the playing field starting with price, location,  and amenities.  After the criteria have been met, I visit each property and finally pick the perfect budget hotel at a price of under 600 Baht or $17 USD and Check-In.
