Hi, guys!
On today's video, I'm making a highly-requested melon bread from Doraemon, which is Dorami's favorite bread!
This is the first time baking without any filling but it turned out great! The bread is delicious and sweet enough ca of the cookie dough on top!
Give it a try yourself at home!!

ingredient

bread flour 100g
warm milk 70ml
unsalted butter 15g
sugar 15g
yeast 2g
salt 2g

soft flour 50g
unsalted butter 20g
powder sugar 20g
egg yolk 1ea
vanilla oil 5ml
