Join me and my mate Adam - @babblingbrooksoutdoors on an adventure across the UK from the West Coast in Bowness on Solway to Wallsend in Newcastle on the East Coast.
We follow the Nation Trail of Hadrian's Wall, the only National Trail that is completely in a World Heritage Site.
We have some high points and some very low points along a route that is more difficult than you would imagine.
