Roman Burgers "isicia omentata" | The World That Was

This week, I made some Roman-period burgers as recorded by Apicius! The original translation calls them isicia omentata - or "sausages stuffed with minced meat", so this is an interpretation of how to prepare a simple Roman meal that was served at various roadside eateries within the Roman Empire!
