Welcome, friends. Thank you so much for joining me.  Welcome to this three-part yoga with props series. In today's practice i'm going to be showing you how to use your yoga blocks to help support you in some passive relaxation stretches. So this is going to be a very relaxing and therapeutic practice -- great for those of you that might be feeling a little stressed or overwhelmed.  If you don't have your own yoga blocks, you can check the description below and get a link to the cork yoga blocks that I like to use.  Once you have your blocks, we'll go ahead and jump right in.

Always listen to your body and only push to the comfortable level of what challenges you.  Remember: it is better to avoid injury and continue your practice tomorrow, than it is to risk injury and be forced to stop entirely.
