For this video we set out to cook some delicious homemade cannelloni in two ways: cannelloni with red sauce stuffed with spinach, mozarella and chorizo, and cannelloni with white sauce stuffed with spinach, ricotta and ham. While we were cooking, we shared a slice of focacha, ham and cheese, and we tried two new wines: one from Argentina and the other from Sardinia / Sardegna in Italy. And finally, for dessert, we prepare pancakes with dulce de leche, chocolate and almond cream, chantilly cream, strawberries, and a secret ingredient! We hope you enjoy this cooking video and also the stories of my father, Daniel!

Eating Homemade Canelones + Stories of Life in Argentina:
Hello everyone! Thank you for watching this video that is part of our "Cooking with Daniel" series, where my father shares stories and cooks typical foods from Argentina and other parts of Latin America.
This series began with the idea of filming Argentine roasts that we made here at home during weekends. Rich roasted with the classics like chorizo, beef tenderloin, bife de chorizo, empty, roasted strip, and entraña ... in short, a little of everything! And to always accompany a picadita and good Argentine wines.
From there we started cooking other Argentine foods such as milanesas, pizzas, pastas, empanadas, puchero, locro and more. These are all Argentinean foods that you asked us in the comments, so we prepared them with pleasure!
Now we are starting to experiment with dishes from other Latin American countries. We have already prepared some Peruvian dishes, but tell us what other dishes they want to see. Your suggestions are welcome.
