As a manager, we're looking for a remedy. Managers and supervisors struggle with problem solving and much time is lost.

Scenario: I own a pizza place. We have the best pizza in town but we are always getting complaints that our pizza is delivered late. The delivery workers just don't care.
Here is The "5 Why" Root Cause Analysis:
1. Why is it always late? Bad delivery guys.
2. Why do we have bad delivery guys? They always arrive late.
3. Why do they always arrive late? They get lost.
4. Why do they always get lost? They don't have directions.
5. Why don't they have directions? Root cause: Print directions!
This is a big time saver.

Challenge: Identify a problem and use The "5 Why" Root Cause Analysis to find the root cause.
