Story line:
“ One fall, Peter and his wife Sarah were driving along the highway to their home. They were visiting Sarah's parents for a week. Her parents lived in a neighboring state and the distance to their home was about 300 miles. The road ran through the small village of Netswille, which was exactly in the middle of their path. Netswille village was located in a wooded area. Its roads and infrastructure were in very poor condition. It had been raining for 3 days, due to which the roads were severely washed out. On one of these roads, Peter and Sarah's car got stuck in a swamp. They decided to go and ask for help from local residents. It was evening, and it was cool and wet outside. The sky was gray and the sun was about to set in a few hours. After walking about 150 feet, they came across a wooden house, a fireplace was burning on the terrace, and a Halloween set was set up. Having risen to the threshold, Peter knocked on the door, and a minute later the door was opened by a sweet elderly woman of about 70. As it turned out later, her name was Emily, she looked a very pleasant and kind woman. It turned out that she has been living with her husband Harry here all her life. This house was built by her father in the first half of the last century. Emily offered to go into the house and treated them to tea. Peter told his problem, to which Emily and Harry invited them to stay overnight, as it was already getting dark, and in the morning help them pull out the car. Considering that the owners of the house turned out to be very nice and hospitable people, Peter and Sarah agreed ... " To be continued...
