Spicy Potato Achar || आलूको अचार || Potato and Onion Pickle Nepali Style

Aloo ko achar (Potato pickle Nepali style) is a popular Nepali side dish. I Have shared very simple recipe, I hope you guys will love the recipe.Please don't forget to subscribe my channel.
Ingredients:
2 medium sized Boiled potato (cut into a cube sized)
1tbsp Lemon Juice
1/3 cup sesame seeds Powder
Black Salt as per your Taste
1 small sized Onion Sliced
½ tsp Sichuan pepper(crushed)
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tbsp Fenugreek seeds
½ tsp Red chili powder
4 green chilies sliced
Chopped Cilantro
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
In mixing Bowl add potato
Add ¼ cup Water
