This is a 30 minute lower body workout. Build muscle with dumbbells at home. Legs workout targets the quads, glutes and hamstrings. Complete two upper and two lower body workouts each week!

Sumo deadlift 40lb/18kg (my dumbbell weights for reference only)
Static lunge 20lb/9kg
RDL 25lb11kg
Goblet squat 40lb/18kg
Dumbbell front squat 20lb/9kg
Cool down stretch
