Ingredients :-
For Chena Rasgulla -
- Milk -1.5 ltr
- Lemon juice/Vinegar - 3 tsp
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Water - 6 cups
For Rabri -
- Milk -500 ml
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chopped dry fruits
- Saffron - few strands
