[Sweet potato egg tart recipe]
1. Boil 300g of sweet potato and crush it
2. Add 2 tsp Greek yogurt and mix
3. Oil the oven paper foil
4. Put the round sweet potato batter on the foil
5. Press the center of the sweet potato and add the eggs
6. Sprinkle salt and parsley on top of the eggs
7. Return it to the oven or air fryer at 185 degrees for 13 minutes to complete!
