For this team food challenge I’m at Lunchbox on Staten Island, New York taking on their 10+ lb “Motherload” Sloppy Joe Challenge.  My partner for this food challenge is my good friend Ramsey “The Mantis” Hilton. Teams of 2 have 30 minutes to complete the sloppy joe, which is made up of the following:
