In the beginning of this year I wanted to improve my athleticism and vertical jump. My goal was to finally being able to dunk a basketball consistently and powerful.

General fitness training, which I have been doing previously, helped me a lot in the past, but at some point progress became tough even with improvements in my strenght values like backsquats and deadlifts.
So I was looking for a more specific training to become a better athlete.
On my research I stumbled across Overtime Athletes and decided to perform their "Elite Vertical Academy", which is a 16 weeks program to increase your performance.

In this review I want to share my experience during the training and give you some thoughts about the training itself.
