Basic Mug Cake Recipe:
1 egg
2 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tbsp. melted coconut or olive oil
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. coconut flour
2 tbsp. almond flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 packets or 1.5 tbsp. of non-sugar sweetener
Shake of salt
Mix well in a bowl, transfer into large mug sprayed with cooking oil (not vegetable)
Bake in microwave for 70 - 90 seconds

Basic Chocolate Recipe:
1 egg
2 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tbsp. melted coconut or olive oil
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 heaping tbsp. coconut flour
1 heaping tbsp. almond flour
1 heaping tbsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened)
3 packets or 2 tbsp. of non-sugar sweetener
2 Squares of Baker's unsweetened chocolate, shaved into tiny bits
(Optional) 1 tsp. of sour cream to make this moister and more cake-like
Mix well in a bowl, transfer into large mug sprayed with cooking oil (not vegetable)
Bake in microwave for 70 - 90 seconds
