💖 Ingredients: beef 400g, chives 20g, enoki mushroom 1 bag, bean sprouts 200g, cabbage 100g, salt, pepper, soy sauce 2T, vinegar 1T, red pepper powder 1t, wasabi
👩🍳 Recipe
1. Cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces and cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom and chives.
2. Place bean sprouts, cabbage, and 1/2 enoki mushrooms in a steamer.
3. Wipe off the beef blood, spread it on the cutting board, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Roll the chives and enoki mushrooms on top of the beef and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
5. When it boils in a pot, put a steamer on it, stack the meat, add soju and lemon juice, and steam it for 3 minutes!
