Delicious Lunch SOLYANKA Team Meat. A simple RECIPE for the classic saltwort.
Meat - 800 g (I have beef)
Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp.
Onions - 1-2 pcs.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Pickled cucumbers - 4-5 pcs.
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
Smoked sausage - 150 g.
Smoked chicken meat - 150 g.
Boiled sausage - 100 g.
Raw smoked sausage - 120 g.
Olives to taste
Salt to taste
Suneli hops - 0.5 tsp ( taste)
Smoked paprika - 1 tsp
Lemon to taste.
