1 serving spoon FENUGREEK SEEDS
1 serving spoon SPLIT CHICKPEAS
1 serving spoon PETITE YELLOW LENTILS
1 serving spoon SPLIT BLACK GRAM LENTILS
½ tbsp ASAFOETIDA
½ tbsp BLACK PEPPER
3 serving spoon KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER
SAMBHAR INGREDIENTS:
1 cup PIGEON PEAS
3 DRUMSTICKS
150 gm PUMPKIN
1½ tbsp KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER
½ tsp ASAFOETIDA
SALT TO TASTE
3 to 4 DRY RED CHILLIES
3 tbsp SAMBHAR MASALA
2 LEMON (JUICE)
2 tsp MUSTARD SEEDS
1tsp TURMERIC POWDER
10 to 15 CURRY LEAVES
2 TOMATOES FINELY CHOPPED
WATER AS PER REQUIRED
