Hi, guys! I got a request from one of my subscribers, so today I made 3 kinds of king crab dishes (king crab sashimi, steamed king crab, and king crab fried rice) with a 7lb (3.3kg) king crab I had bought from the fish market!! 🙇🏻♀️ 😏 I also brought this special spicy pepper sauce (pepper oil sauce), cheese sauce, and citron soy sauce! The sashimi was super bouncy and sweet, and I loved the fresh texture! The steamed crab was super moist and sweet! It just melted in my mouth! It was super meaty, so each crab leg was thicker than two fingers combined! 😯 I later made fried rice with the leftover crab meat and crab guts, and it tasted like butter!!! 😭✨ It was so delicious I wanted to cry 😭 I especially liked eating it with the pepper sauce I made! I bet no king crab fried rice could be more delicious than this… The sauce was revolutionary! I’ve got to eat it every day from now on 🥹 It was sweet and spicy and sour, and had a nice spicy finish! It had a unique taste that I had not tasted before, so I can’t really explain it very well, but it was really, really good! I highly recommend trying it! I think it’d go great with any food! King crabs are low-caloric, highly nutritious, and rich in protein! I recommend trying various kinds of king crab dishes! Thank you so much for watching! 🙏🏻
