Please keep in mind that the info here is based on my OWN opinions. Now, from the 4th to 15th centuries, the Byzantine Empire (330-1453) has had a fair share of great and terrible emperors. This video will discuss 12 emperors who I think are the best. To qualify for this video, the emperors have to come from the time period from 330 with the founding of Constantinople as the new capital of the Roman Empire to the Fall of Constantinople to the Ottomans in 1453. Some of my choices here for emperors may turn out to be very surprising to you viewers! Therefore I will not spoil anything about my top 12 Byzantine emperor choices by putting a list below.
