Ingredient Details
Basmati Rice 750 gms (Soak in water for 1 hour)
Mutton 1 KG (Shoulder Part of the Goat)
For Biryani Masala
Brista (Fried Onions) 250 gms
Potatoes 4 to 5 Medium size cut into half
Full Fat Curd 300 gms
Elaichi Powder Less than ½ Tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp
Finely Chopped Pineapple and Mint Leaves
Rocksalt as per taste
Shah Jeera ½ Tsp
Whole Spices 1 Tsp mix (Green cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon)
Haldi Power Less than 1 Tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 ½ Tsp
Jaipal – 2 Pinch
javitri powder 2 Pinch
Green Chili paste 2 Tbsp (As required)
Ginger paste 1 ½ Tbsp
Garlic pastes 1 Tbsp
Saffron as shown
Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
Kaju
Alu Bukhara 12- 15
Desi Ghee ½ Cup
