Can you say without kneading
Can you say without kneading if you mix the dough for 8 minutes with a hand mixer? Anyway, these rolls are easy to make. Mix the dough, shape the rolls and let them rise on the tray. Bake and that' s it. They stay fresh for a very long time, even in the bread basket without closing. For those who, like us, sometimes forget to wrap the buns properly.
If you like, you can add a handful of sunflower seeds or oat flakes to the dough. Half of the flour with wholemeal wheat flour works too. Let me put it this way, the dough is very flexible and you can try out a lot with it.

INGREDIENTS WHOLEMEAL SPELT ROLLS:
750 g wholemeal spelt flour
7 g dry yeast or 21 g fresh yeast
12 g salt
400 - 500 ml water
Starting with 400 ml of water adding more if needed.
