Mercedes-Benz F700 - large 4-seater concept car with the experimental economical gasoline-diesel engine, shown in 2007 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. As planned by the engineers at Mercedes-Benz F700 concept car represents the future of premium sedan. In it reflect innovative approaches and technologies, economical use of fuel resources, protect the environment and provide the driver and passengers comfortable movement. The active suspension system PRE-SCAN only responsive to the road surface uneven portions, but also functions as a proactive manner. The system uses two laser sensors in the headlights, which produce an accurate assessment of the state of the road. Based on the data, the control unit calculates tuning parameters for active vehicle suspension in order to ensure a high level of comfort. This approach was introduced in the car W222 S-Class in 2013, as the Magic Body Control system.
