A major storm named Ciaran
A major storm named Ciaran is moving through the North Atlantic and will bring powerful wind and heavy rain to parts of the United Kingdom and France. In the tropics update, Invest 97L has a chance to become a tropical depression late in the week, but remains unorganized. The coldest air of the season continues to blast through the United States with Freeze Warnings into the Deep South.
