It's a really crisp sandwich with toast and egg and cheese on the outside and ham on the inside. Enjoy it in two ways: with mayonnaise or with garlic and butter.
For the recipe we need:
1. Toaster bread - 4 pcs.
2. Ham - 4 pcs.
3. Mozzarella cheese - 4 pcs. + grated + - 50g.
4. Egg - 2 pcs.
5. Salt, pepper, parsley.
6. Mayonnaise, garlic, butter and honey.
