Materials
800 g beef

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of chili pepper
1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
4 tablespoons of oil
2 cups hot water (400 ml)
500g frozen potatoes

For service;

1.5 cups of yoghurt
Half a teaspoon of salt
50 g butter
1 teaspoon of chili pepper

Preparation of
First of all, let's put approximately 800 grams of julienned beef into a cast iron pot, if possible.
Let it cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the meat releases its juices.
After the broth has been absorbed, let's add about 4 tablespoons of oil and 1 chopped onion. Let's fry the onions with the meat for a few minutes.
Add pepper paste, ground pepper, red pepper flakes, thyme and salt and mix 1-2 times. Then let's add the water.
Close the lid of the pot and let it cook over medium heat until it absorbs the water and becomes soft.

While the meat is cooking, let's add approximately 500 grams of frozen potatoes to the airfryer.
Let it cook for about 20 minutes on the French frying program. If you do not prefer to use ready-made frozen potatoes, 4 medium-sized potatoes will be enough for this recipe. You can fry the potatoes cut into thin matchsticks in hot oil.
Our meat, which has absorbed its water and cooked like Turkish delight, will be ready. If the meat is not tender enough, you can increase the cooking time by adding a little water.
To serve, let's first put our fried potatoes on a plate. Let's pour the yoghurt that we whipped with some salt on top.
Let's then place our meat on the yoghurt.
Finally, let's spread the chili peppers that we heated in butter over the food.
