Keto Make Ahead Breakfast Burritos | EggLife Wraps

Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Sausage
8 Eggs
2 Cups Chihuahua Cheese
Salsa, if desired
Salt & Pepper
12 EggLife Wraps

Directions:
1. Brown Sausage in a skillet.
2. While sausage is browning, crack the eggs, add salt and pepper and mix up.
3. If your sausage produces a whole lot of fat, you may want to take some out. The kind I’m using didn’t have too much fat.  The eggs soaked up all that deliciousness.  
4. Pour Eggs into Sausage and stir until cooked.
5. Add cheese and stir until melted.
6. Microwave Wraps.
7. Portion out Sausage mixture onto each wrap. Add salsa, if desired.
8. Wrap and store in refrigerator.
9. If making form cold later, Microwave for a few minutes to heat when you’re hungry.
