Most store-bought "keto friendly" tortillas or wraps run a little high in net carbs at 5g-7g each, and many contain potentially inflammatory ingredients, such as soybean oil. In this video, I review the EggLife wraps, which are not only very clean in terms of ingredients, but each of them contain 1g of TOTAL carbs or less.
