A compilation edit of Mrs Coulter in His Dark Materials Season 3, Episode 5.
Poor Mrs Coulter on death row, along with her daughter. The 'dead woman walking' procession is actually amongst my favourite scenes from Season 3 (although I have many), and that's probably because of Lorne Balfe's incredible score - 'Cause and Effect', coupled with the slow-motion, and then just the scale of it, the feeling of defeat and doom. Ruth's expressions of despair, terror, and urgency say it all.
Yay to Mrs Coulter going full-on monkey again and finally getting to beat up MacPhail. Honestly, the bomb scenes were just incredible! I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Was not expecting the Metatron addition! It was scarily epic how it all came together with Lyra's storyline in the Land of the Dead at the end, and the creation of The Abyss!
