In this video, I will begin by doing an "easy" pose.  I will do some basic warm up exercises to start the exercise routine.  Next, I will do a "marichi" pose.  This will strengthen your shoulders and back, as well as your legs.  The next exercise, I will do a variation of the "firefly" pose, but I will go one step further and put my feet and ankles behind my head during this stretch.  It is really intense, so please go at your own pace.  For the final part of the exercise routine, I will do a "corpse" pose, where I am lying flat on my back in a relaxed position.  During this pose, I will do some breathing exercises to cool me down after such an intense workout.
