Probably one of my favourite dessert for the season! Apple galette with amazing walnut frangipane is so good and very special dessert for me!

Ingredients for 8 servings:
For the crust:
250 g all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
100 g cold butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
4 Granny Smith apples
2 tbsp honey
For the frangipane:
80 g softened butter
80 g walnuts
2 eggs
90 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tbsp amaretto liqueur
½ tsp cinnamon
